How these numbers are calculated
Based on the numbers you enter: inspections × write-up minutes ÷ 60 × 12 months × hourly cost. If you enter your QReport price it is deducted. Amounts are rounded to the nearest 100 EUR.
The default values are based on a QReport business case from Lærings- og Forskningshuset, Sygehus Sønderjylland, Denmark (2019), where hygiene audits saved an estimated 1-2 hours per inspection. Read about the project

Be conservative
Set the write-up time too low rather than too high. A number you can defend internally is worth more than a big one.
